Attractive and great hotel located in a busy area really close to the market as well as tourist spots and shopping complexes.

Beds were uncomfortable.

We have spent 3 days in a twin room with comfortable bed and very nice shower, for instance.

We had a fantastic stay at Seraya. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of eateries nearby and all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the room service, which even allowed us to request room cleaning via WhatsApp. we highly recommend Seraya for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service.

The rooms at The Seraya Hotel are absolutely amazing! The private bathroom with free toiletries made me feel so pampered. Plus, the city view from the room was simply breathtaking. I loved waking up to that every morning. And the flat-screen TV was the perfect touch for relaxation. As a traveler who appreciates comfort and little luxuries, I couldn't have asked for a better room.

I personally found it a bit unnecessary to have a bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

The property was in the middle of the city. We had an a double room with climate control, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar.

the location was great, at a medium distance from atkinson clock tower. appreciated a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room.

The strategic and particularly good location was walking distance from Kk Esplanade. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with comfortable bed and very nice shower, for instance and got it upon arrival:)))

Clean accommodation, welcoming and polite staff. A minibar, climate control, and flat-screen television in the room, marvellous location. Well-equipped bathroom with a tub. 15 minutes' walk to the bus stop. Excellent base for exploring Kota Kinabalu.

seraya is a cozy hotel with a great location. it's right in the city centre close to jesselton and within walking distance to food - malls, and the famous filipino market. the staff is polite and accommodating - taking care of any requests. the rooms are modern and clean, and the spacious bathrooms are a plus. overall - great value for the money.

Particularly good location walking distance to a market and the Sunday market. Walking distance to eateries and bars. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. The views over street.

The location was favourable - near to the market and Gaya market and waterfront. All of the staff was nice and welcoming.
